About Me
I graduated from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette with my Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology in 2016. I returned in 2019 to purse my Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and graduated in 2021. I have worked in several different spaces including inpatient, intensive outpatient, community health, nonprofit, and school settings.
Special interests of mine include perinatal mental health where I received training from Postpartum Support International (PSI) and trauma with advanced training in trauma-informed modalities from Evergreen. I’m particularly interested in our subconscious and how it shapes our thoughts, feelings, and behaviors.
I aim to make the counseling relationship as therapeutic and healing as possible. I invite folks from all walks of life to come as they are. The space I have created is a safe one for you to explore who you are in a deeply meaningful and authentic way.
When I’m not in the therapy room, you can find me spending time with my husband and our two sons, outside in nature, or riding my bike.
