Meet Your Therapist

A woman with brown hair and light skin sitting on a beige armchair, smiling at the camera, wearing a floral dress and gold jewelry, in a well-lit room with green plants in the background.

Hello, and welcome! My name is Meaghan - I’m so happy that you’re here.

Do you struggle with understanding your emotions or why certain patterns keep showing up in your life? Perhaps you've found yourself feeling stuck and unsure of where to start. Sometimes there’s hidden stuff underneath it all, and it can be difficult to understand the “why”. I'm here to help you see that life can be lived differently. I support individuals navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, LGBTQ+ concerns, and perinatal mental health while helping them explore their story in an empowering and meaningful way.

A new chapter begins today — one that leads to growth and renewal. Whatever you’re going through, you don’t have to face it alone. I'm here to walk alongside you as you make sense of your life with a renewed sense of purpose and meaning. Together, we'll dig deep to write your story in a way that fully honors you. Healing is possible - reach out today.
